Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Velvet Palace ("the Platform"), operated by Velvet Palace / Emporo Services. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including creators and buyers.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required.

1. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform must meet the following requirements:

1.1 Age Requirement

All individuals depicted in any content must be at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced. Creators must maintain records verifying the age and identity of all persons depicted in their content, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. We reserve the right to request these records at any time.

1.2 Consent

All content must depict consensual activity. You must have written consent from every individual depicted in your content to upload and distribute it through the Platform. Content depicting or implying non-consensual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is staged, simulated, or fictional.

1.3 Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

  • Content depicting, promoting, or glorifying the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) in any form;
  • Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, including "revenge porn" or intimate images shared without consent;
  • Content depicting or promoting bestiality;
  • Content depicting extreme violence, gore, or acts intended to cause serious harm;
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or hate speech targeting protected groups;
  • Content that constitutes harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any individual;
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Fraudulent or deceptive content, including impersonation of other individuals;
  • Content that promotes illegal drug use or the sale of controlled substances;
  • Malware, phishing attempts, or any content designed to compromise user security.

2. Conduct Standards

Users of the Platform must not:

  • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks connected to the Platform;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without prior written authorisation;
  • Engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or any form of market manipulation;
  • Resell or redistribute content purchased through the Platform without the creator's explicit permission;
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must not screenshot, record, download (beyond what is provided), or redistribute purchased content without the explicit permission of the creator. Unauthorized distribution of paid content may constitute copyright infringement and will be treated accordingly.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@velvetpalace.club. All reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially. We cooperate fully with law enforcement where required.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion. In cases involving illegal content (particularly CSAM), we will immediately report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and corresponding EU authorities.

We may also cooperate with law enforcement requests for user data in accordance with applicable legal processes and our Privacy Policy.

6. Compliance with EU Digital Services Act

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), we maintain transparent content moderation practices. We provide clear notice to users when content is removed or accounts are restricted, including the reason for the action and information about available remedies. Users may appeal content moderation decisions by contacting appeals@velvetpalace.club.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
